The Central Pennsylvania Orchid Society is a regional regional organization for
people who are interested in orchids. We usually meet on the
University Park campus of
Penn State University,
but we are not affiliated with Penn State. We are, however,
an affiliate of the
American Orchid Society.
We have members of all ages and from all walks of life, who
travel from as far away as Scranton, Dubois, and Harrisburg to
attend our meetings.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 2 PM, except for January, February and March which are held at 1 PM.
April and May meetings will be on the 3rd Sunday this year due to holidays.
We meet in room 123 of
Head House #1 behind the Tyson building on the PSU campus.
Visitors and
guests are welcome to attend any of our meetings, but only members will receive the monthly newsletter.
